i love the rawness and the realness. lately i have struggled too with presenting on social media or just in life. some of my biggest fears and stressors are in the things you mention. no one teaches you how to handle emotions or feelings (whatever they are) around so many things in life. i’m excited to read and learn more about your perspective. to see the not so pretty parts of getting to the good. ♥️

I lost my Dad during the pandemic also, and it was a challenge beyond words. Thanks for writing this - what is mindfulness 2.0, praytell? As an aspiring teacher myself I should be across it!

Lovely read Manoj! I lost my Dad suddenly to cancer last year too, and I don't think there's a much better teacher than witnessing that loss or the unfolding of grief itself (nothing will bring you to your knees quite like it I don't think). Anyway just honouring you for your vulnerability and for sharing the raw truth of life-long practice in real life, it's needed for sure - looking forward to reading more :)

Thank you for your candid open feelings. I think it is important for all of us that no matter how big or small our social media following, that we live in our truth. Eat breathe, sleep, in the mirror, and on social media. Honoring ourselves is the first step to better understanding whats really going on underneath the daily grind. You were one of the first teachers I followed on Insight Timer at the beginning of 2020.
